Cadence Counseling was founded on the idea that sometimes in life we need to take a big leap. This leap involves facing fears, diving into the unknown and embracing uncertainty.
Erin Miller earned her B.S. in Clinical Psychology and her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College. Erin has a deep interest in trauma and how it can affect our attachments, relationships and how one moves in the world. Erin employs EMDR, CBT, DBT and strength based techniques in her work. She has been trained from the EMDRIA for both EMDR I and II. She has also completed Gottman level I training and Gottman's infidelity training. She has spent a majority of her career helping individuals with addiction, trauma and recovery.
Cadence Counseling offers night and weekend appointments to established clients.
Telehealth appointments are also available.
A subset of Cadence Counseling's clients are reserved for sliding scale fee to help remove financial barriers in seeking help.
I promise to be there for you every step of your leap. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
All late cancellation fees are being waived at this time due to COVID. Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick or have knowingly been exposed to someone who is sick. Telehealth appointments are always available if you are not feeling well or if you would prefer to engage in therapy in the comfort of your own home. For telehealth appointments, you will need a secure internet connection and privacy to get the most out of your session.
At this time, Cadence Counseling does not provide ESA letters but will provide referrals if needed.
First responders and family are given a discount if paying cash.
Cadence Counseling accepts Regence BCBS, EMI, Beacon, Cigna, PEHP and United Healthcare. You are responsible for verifying your insurance benefits prior to session and for any copays or remaining balance.
